Agriculture KN95 distribution due to smoke
First and foremost, I hope you and your family are staying safe during this time.
You may have seen yesterday Governor Brown mentioned in her wildfire press briefing that she has directed more than 100,000 KN95 masks to the agricultural sector to help protect and mitigate our agricultural workers from exposure to smoke due to wildfires.
The state has partnered with OSU Extension and Community Partners across Oregon. Since this is a much smaller than the previous distribution a few months ago we are connecting with producers directly via OSU extension networks. I am also hopeful you can share this through your association networks as well.
Below is a flyer of locations and who producers can call access additional masks. If you would be willing to share with your members that this resource is available to them I would greatly appreciate it.
A big thanks to OSU Extension for stepping in once again to help get these masks to our ag community.
Let me know if you have any questions and thank you for your assistance. Also, please share with others I might have inadvertently left off this email.
